The GMT-Master is one of the most famous models of Rolex, originally made for the Pan Am pilots to simultaneously track both current time and the time at their base of operations. The reference 16753 was the first two-tone GMT-Master that featured a quickset date, making it appealing for collectors who appreciate better functionality.

One such variation is the so-called ‘nipple’ dial found on gold or two-tone 1675 GMT-Masters, such as the present watch. These dials featured smaller plots of tritium with thicker yellow gold surrounds, hence the distinctive appearance and nickname. Vintage two-tone GMT-Masters are some of the classiest watches that history has to offer, seen on the wrist of none other than Clint Eastwood, and will definitely attract any vintage lover.
