Introduced as part of the first configurations of GMT-Master 2s to feature ceramic bezels, the present 116718 features green detailing on the dial and date wheel to commemorate the 50th anniversary of the GMT-master model family. Fully encased in yellow gold with matching bracelet, the watch is as much a timepiece as a statement piece, and does not lack presence on the wrist.

This watch was modified by request from the previous owner, and the surfaces which once were polished including the bracelet center links and case flanks have all been redone using a brushed finish, giving the watch a much sportier look and also means that the watch will age more gracefully, as polished surfaces show wear much clearer.
