Exclusively made for the online watch magazine Revolution & The Rake, the present Laurent Ferrier Classic Origin drew inspiration from timepieces made during the 1920s. Often seen on these wristwatches or pocket watches would be a beautiful two-tone "sector" dial, or known as the scientific dial, featuring a circular track with outward hour indexes. Reinventing the formula with modern watchmaking technology, the present example features a two-tone silvered sector dial, enhanced by flame-blued hands and Arabic numerals. Paying tribute to Gay Frères, the bracelet is forged in stainless steel and in a "beads of rice" style, completing an elegant sensation that fully exemplifies vintage lifestyle.
