Dial: gold dial with sector for regulator above
Calibre: cylinder escapement with three independent trains for time, music and automaton
Case: gold, rectangular, both sides lavishly decorated with polychrome and champlevé enamel, set with pearls, the top opens to reveal the gold and enamel instruments as well as its key, the base of the case hinged to reveal, on one side, the watch with cylinder escapement, on the other side, the automated music scene of a lutenist playing to a performing dog
