Audemars Piguet's Millenary Minute Repeater is a harmonious blend of aesthetics, technical expertise, and new materials. Dressed in a feather-light titanium case, the caliber 2910 is a hand-wound movement offering a minute repeater, and proprietary AP escapement with double balance spring. This in-house lubrication free, direct impulse escapement offers incredible efficiency by sequencing the linear energy transmitted by the barrels - enhancing rating accuracy, long-term stability, and shock resistance.

Two movement barrels offer this timepiece an impressive 7-day power reserve. The cal. 2910 has a third barrel dedicated to the minute repeating function and helps to ensure the crisp tone and regularity of the chime.

Lastly, as master of form and function, this AP Millenary is equipped with a balance-stop system that elevates the accuracy of time-setting to the second, and ensures that the striking mechanism and time-setting at the crown cannot be activated at the same time.

We are excited to offer the present lot, complete with an additional Resonance Case, a beautifully crafted piano-form case made especially for chiming watches. Developed in the Vallée de Joux, this special rosewood case is fitted with two soundboards made in Risoud spruce. The effect is phenomenal; amplifying the sound of your chiming watch to grand proportions.
