This Rolex Cosmograph Daytona has some extremely rare features. Firstly and perhaps most importantly, is bears a 'porcelain' dial, so named due to the creamy gloss finish of the dial. This MK1 porcelain dial is extremely well preserved and very rare to come by. In addition, the serial number of the present watch bears the letter 'R', which is one of the earliest executions of the reference 16520. Finally the dial is signed 'Cosmograph', which is separated from the 4 lines of text, making it appear to float. If one also takes a close look at the 12 hour register, the 6 is actually inverted to a 9. Preserved in wonderfully original condition, the case features bold proportions and is very crisp overall. The watch also features the correct bezel that is calibrated for 200 units.
