Greubel Forsey Double Tourbillon 30 degrees was introduced in 2004, the watch features a patented double tourbillon system with a tourbillon inclined at 30 degrees that rotates every 60 seconds while the inner tourbillon carriage rotates every 4 minutes. The present example is fitted with sapphire crystal that open up the movement allowing the observer to be mesmerize by the individual components that complete this incredible work of art. When winding the watch, the quadruple barrel can be seen rotating and powers the watch for 120 hours. At 9 o’clock, one can see a register for the seconds and the double tourbillon is positioned at 6 o’clock and is the most prominent features of this wristwatch.
An execution speciale, the present watch is number 16 of a highly limited series and has been retained in excellent overall condition.
