The complete portfolio, comprising one screenprint on vinyl mounted to Plexiglas and 77 facsimile notes contained in seven black folders, 1967, incised with the signature on the Plexiglas, dated '1966' and numbered 122/150, also signed in ink on the title page, with accompanying text, published by Cordier & Ekstom, New York, contained in the original linen-covered portfolio case
