marked REVERE (Kane mark D) a third of the way down the handle

Patricia Kane records a tablespoon with these initials illustrated in the Magazine Antiques December 1947 p 398 and a set of six with these initials at the Worcester Art Museum, 1965 no.24. Kane also lists a pair of sugar tongs of circa 1795 with initials ISD for James and Sarah (Templeton) Dunbar, Colonial Massachusetts Silversmiths and Jewelers, pp. 828-829.
