the bowl-shaped sides supported on a splayed pedestal foot and rising to a short constricted neck and galleried rim, the shoulder set with a pair of archaistic kuilong scroll handles, the body carved in low relief with stylized shou characters divided by ruyi-shaped panels, the domed cover similarly decorated and surmounted by a compressed globular openwork finial in the form of a fierce coiled dragon, the translucent deep green stone variegated with paler and black streaks (2)

A loss to one of the kuilong's horns. A few very shallow chips to the rim and foot, the longest at the foot, approx. 1.5 cm. A few scattered nicks to edges.
