of faceted baluster from with hinged cover and foliate handle surmounted by a long-haired bust, engraved with strapwork on matting, underside of the foot initiailled M.C.O

Three mustard pots with identical busts on the handle,  struck similarly with crowned maker's mark only of the brothers Egide and Jean-Baptiste Molinet of Saint-Trond are illustrated in the exhibition catalogue L'Orfevrerie Civile Ancienne du Pays de Liege, Musee de L'Art Wallon, Liege, 19 April-2 June, 1991, pp. 300 and 301.
