Brent Mydland used this Emulator II in his stage set up in the mid-eighties. One of the most popular of the ‘80’s sampler/workstation synthesizers and now considered a classic, the Emulator II featured MIDI, SMPTE and computer control with floppy discs for storage. The low sampling rate and its analog filters gave it a unique sound.
