Modulus, 1998, Genesis G3 model guitar, serial number 980660, made in the USA. 

Features cream lacquer finish, graphite neck with granadillo fingerboard, Dimarzio humbucking P-90 style pickups, Sprezel tuners, wrap-around tailpiece, 5-way switch, two volumes and one tone control. Includes original molded hard shell case.  

Excellent condition with very minimal signs of use, minor pick marks on pick-guard.
