51% Cabernet Sauvignon, 39% Merlot, 8% Cabernet Franc, 2% Petit Verdot. This was picked from 30th September. (People who picked earlier made less generous wines.) Lovely cedarywood and prune nose. Now mature and ready for drinking. Serena Sutcliffe, MW
