Cabernet Sauvignon 53%, Merlot 35%, Petit Verdot 7%, Cabernet Franc 5%. 80% new wood. A lovely tobacco nose. On the palate, great tannin but so rich and luscious over the structure. 'Masculine' wine (how dare I say this?), but great opulence, even voluptuousness. Coats the teeth. Heroic wine - bravo. In 2019, flavoury and smooth of texture. Serena Sutcliffe, MW
