At an incredible Fête des Rois dinner in 2020, drunk of course with La Galette des Rois which is my favourite 'sweet nothing' of all time! And this bottle was the best 1983 I have ever had, gorgeous in its freshness and citric beauty. There is a real peachiness to it, with silky purity and endless dimension of flavour. Some 1983s have a tarry botrytis element, but here there is zingy, zesty fruit to match the sweetness, with a finish that defies the clock. We were all stunned - this wine is destined for eternal life. Serena Sutcliffe, MW

2020年主顯節晚餐上品嚐，當然是與我最喜歡的甜點國王蛋糕一同享用。當晚的那瓶酒是我喝過最好的1983年伊甘堡，清麗動人，充滿檸檬芬芳。散發桃子氣息，味道如絲般純淨，層次豐富。某些1983年帶有焦油香的貴腐酒特色，此酒卻在甜味中挾著令人精神為之一振的果皮清香，收結悠長。在座眾人皆驚嘆不已，此酒註定流芳百世。施慧娜（葡萄酒大師M.W.）
