u. 6cm, label greased, capsule stained and slightly damaged, sign of old seepage, previously purchased from Sotheby's New York, 4 & 5 December 2015, "The Don Stott Cellar: 50 Years Of Collecting Part II"

Vintage started 18th October (18 hl/ha) Brown colour, with a bit more life than the '81 - but lighter. Tobacco and coffee nose - seize it now. Lovely coffee taste. Ready, soft, tails away a bit at the end but lovely coffee flavour that lingers. Serena Sutcliffe, MW
