Movement: 1st quality frosted gilded 2/3 plate, gold lever and escape wheel, some jewels carried in screwed gold chatons, bi-metallic compensation balance, diamond endstone, precision swan-neck regulation, alarm sounding on coiled gongs, signed A. Lange & Söhne, Glashütte, b/Dresden and numbered 62977

Dial: white enamel dial with sunken centre, Arabic numerals, outer minute ring, blued steel hands, gold alarm indication hand, recessed subsidiary seconds, signed A. Lange & Söhne, Glashütte B/Dresden

Case: 18ct gold, Swiss plain polished covers and cuvette, winding slide for alarm to the band, two nibs beneath bezel for adjusting hands and central alarm indicator, covers signed A. Lange & Söhne, Glashütte, covers and cuvette numbered 62977 and with Swiss and German marks

Movement: running and alarm operational at time of cataloguing. The slide to case side is winding the alarm train. Hour, minute and alarm hands set smoothly. Tarnishing and oxidation to plates.

Case: with light marks and scratches, Lange marks a bit rubbed to covers.
