Movement: gilded full plate, the backplate stamped Bté s.g.d.g. 30754 Mobilis, Pat. No.7888/1905, Brevettato R.A. 208.N.232, U.S. Pat. Applied For, numbered 102871

• Dial: asymmetrical silver engine-turned dial, Arabic numerals, outer pearled minute ring, blued steel hands, large aperture beneath revealing the tourbillon carriage with lever escapement

• Case: gun metal, pink gold hinge and bow, back numbered 2153, 2

diameter 53.5mm

This watch is made according to Paul Loichot's 1904 patent (no. 30754). Loichot licensed his invention to be used by Courvoisier Frères, the latter selling tourbillon watches using the patent under the brand name Mobilis, see K. Pritchard, Swiss Timepiece Makers 1775-1975, 1997, p.C-88.
