• Movement: 2nd quality frosted gilded 2/3 plate, gold lever and escape wheel, bi-metallic compensation balance, precision swan-neck regulation, ruby endstone, signed and numbered A. Lange & Söhne, Glashütte, b/Dresden, No. 47783
• Dial: white enamel, black Arabic numerals, sunken centre, recessed subsidiary seconds, outer minute ring, gold filigree hands, signed A. Lange & Söhne, Glashütte, b/Dresden
• Case: Swiss gun metal case, pink gold bezel and lips, case back with maker's mark FB for Frères Borgel/Taubert Fils, cuvette and back numbered 47783
• Chain: gun metal with plaques inscribed 'gold zur wehr eisen zur ehr 1916', clip with maker's mark K&O possibly K&Q
