Isoda Koryusai (1735-1790)
Two shunga woodblock prints
Edo period, 18th century
each a woodblock print, and comprising:
- An amorous couple before a doll display (hina-dan), circa 1770, two collector's seals of Henri Vever
- An amorous couple startled by a young boy peering through the fusama, sealed to the tsuitate [standing screen] Koryu, circa 1770
Each horizontal oban:
26.2 x 38.6 cm., 10⅜ x 15¼ in. (the first)
24 x 36.4 cm., 9½ x 14⅜ in. (the second)
