款識：雪滿山中，月明林下。絡園道長屬。劉海粟。

鈐印：「海粟之印」、「心跡雙清」。

上款：「絡園」即高時敷（1886-1976），字繹求，浙江杭州人，與其弟時豐、時顯有「高氏三傑」之稱，皆擅書畫，精鑒別，富收藏，堪稱一門風雅。高氏亦為西泠印社早期社員，擅篆刻，對篆刻考証尤具貢獻。
