Please note that this work is signed J Le Mayeur, inscribed Udaipur, numbered 29 and dated 1921 (lower right) Please note the updated condition report: This work is in good overall condition as viewed. There is evidence of light buckling to the paper, but this is consistent with the nature of the medium. There is some very faint, hairline craquelure to the thicker, yellow pigments, but these are only noticeable upon close inspection. All other inconsistencies, such as the irregular edges of the paper (covered by the matting and frame), are inherent to the artist's working method. Framed, under glass. The dimensions of the full paper are: 49 by 64.5 cm; 19 ¼ by 25 1/4 in.
