Ce vase Nazca anthropomorphe représente un haut dignitaire. Il porte une tenue de cérémonie caractéristique composée d'une longue tunique rayée d'où émergent ses pieds et ses bras en relief et un large turban sur la tête orné d’une frise de motifs géométriques. Ses doigts sont soigneusement écartés sur sa poitrine, son visage est incurvé et ses oreilles sont soigneusement modelées.

The high-ranking dignitary is of rotund form and wearing ceremonial attire of a long striped tunic from which his modeled feet and arms emerge. His fingers are carefully outspread on his chest. The high turban is finely patterned with a meander of a step-scroll, and his face is painted with circular and curving designs, the ears are specifically modeled in a stylized form.
