Executed in 2001, these works are created as part of the Pulcherrimae Strade project whereby works by 13 contemporary artists including Kenny Scharf were created for the occasion and exhibited throughout castles, squares, churches, fortresses, historic buildings and caves of the region to highlight the cultural, historical and naturalistic heritage of the Friuli Venezia Giulia region.
