Marianna Foster was born in 1982 Nikolaev, Ukraine. She relocated to Phoenix, Arizona in 2012 with her husband and two little children. In the Ukraine she was classically trained and graduated from the prestigious National Institute of Fine Arts and Architecture in Kiev with a Master of Arts degree. Prior to the Institute, she studied for five years at the Children's Art School in Nikolaev, Ukraine. In addition to classes, Marianna studied for two years painting and drawing privately with famous masters of Ukrainian and Russian art. She has works in private collections in the United States, Sweden, United Kingdom, Japan, Turkey, Panama, Czech Republic and Ukraine. Her work has been exhibited with The International Guild of Realism, the International Women's Day Postcard Pop UP Show through 33 Contemporary Gallery, Abend Gallery, Denver CO, the Anarte gallery, San Antonio, Texas, RJD Gallery, and the Sugarman-Peterson Gallery in Santa Fe, N.M., among others. Her work has been printed in various magazines and publications including “American Art Collector Magazine,” “PoetsArtists Magazine,” and “Fine Art Connoisseur,” among others. This work, “God of Wealth”, was selected for inclusion in the Lunar Codex, and will be illustrated in the cultural archive of contemporary works, launching on the Nova-C Lunar Lander to the Moon, to be preserved for posterity.
