acrylic on canvas

68 by 105 1/4 in. 172.2 by 267.3 cm.

framed: 69 1/4 by 106 1/4 in. 175.9 by 269.9 cm.

Executed in 1969.

This work is in very good condition overall. There is minor evidence of handling and wear to the edges with some associated faint scuff marks, most concentrated at the upper right corner edge. Close inspection reveals scattered slightly dark and translucent accretions, which appear to be liquid residue, extending horizontally from the left edge toward the center of the canvas. Further close inspection reveals yellowish drip accretions and a few scattered pinpoint brown spot accretions spread throughout the composition. Under ultraviolet light inspection, the aforementioned accretions fluoresce brightly but are not the result of restoration. Framed.
