Sotheby’s is unable to accept cryptocurrency from buyers from jurisdictions where cryptocurrency trading is prohibited. Buyers from Mainland China or any such other jurisdictions must make payment in Hong Kong Dollars only. In any event, Sotheby’s shall have the discretion and final decision on whether to accept cryptocurrency from any buyer.
