The Collection of Douglas S. Cramer
1960 - 1988
signed (on the verso)
oilstick on paper
17 by 13¾ in.
43.2 by 34.9 cm.
Executed circa 1983.
This work is in very good condition overall. The sheet is hinged verso to the mat intermittently along the edges. Upon close inspection, there is evidence of light wear and handling to the edges and corners, and the top edge of the spiral-bound sheet was unevenly ripped by the artist at the time of execution. There are scattered smudges and stray media in the margins, inherent to the artist's working method. There is also a horizontal soft crease extending across the sheet below the words “25 lbs”. Visible upon close inspection, there is evidence of scattered and faint pinpoint foxing in the margins of the sheet. Framed under glass.
Framed dimensions: 19 ⅜ by 16 ⅜ in. (49.2 by 41.6 cm.)
