If There Were Anywhere But Desert, Saturday

painted fiberglass with wig, clothing and glitter

37 by 62 by 46 in.

94 by 157.5 by 117 cm.

Executed in 2002.

This work is in very good and sound condition overall. There is evidence of extremely minor wear and handling, including unobtrusive scuffs to the figure’s body. Irregularities to the clothing are inherent to the artist’s intent and chosen medium. As expected with a sculpture of this construction, a light dust has settled in the crevices. Glitter is intended to surround the figure’s feet and will be provided to the new owner.
