silver and enamel

cup : 5 x 16 x 9,6 cm ; 2 x 6 ¼ x 3 ⅞ in. ; diameter of the saucer : 15,7 cm ; 6 ⅛ in.

Very good overall condition consistent with age and use. The enamel presents with fine lines which corresponds to light cracks consistent with the aging process of the piece. Some more important cracks on the cup handles on the inside. There is one tiny bump on the side of the cup. Silver is slightly oxidised and presents with minor surface scratches, mainly located on the underside of the cup. The original fitted case is provided.

Please note that this lot was tested by Pourquery DMP as silver, but was exempted from assay marking due to fragility.
