gelatin silver print, possibly ferrotyped, signed, titled, and dated in ink and with the photographer's Hong Kong credit stamp on the reverse, framed, 1960

image: 7 ⅛ by 19 ¾ in. (18.1 by 50.2 cm.)

frame: 13 ½ by 25 in. (34.3 by 63.5 cm.)

Please note the colors and shades in the online catalogue illustration may vary depending on screen settings. This photograph, on Agfa Portriga-Rapid paper, is in generally good to very good condition. It has a glossy surface and may be ferrotyped. The following are visible upon close inspection: sharp handling creases; matte areas; impressions; and scratches. The left and right edges and the corners are worn, with occasional chips to the emulsion and inexpertly applied retouching. There is a sharp crease which runs parallel to the left edge. There is a 3/8-inch tear at the lower left corner. On the reverse are some faint scattered rust-colored deposits. There is a yellow label remnant in the upper center, and transparent adhesive remnants at the corners. Inactive adhesive residue and attendant abrasions at the perimeter suggest this photograph was previously affixed to a mount. 'H2/21' [crossed out] is written in an unidentified hand in blue crayon. The photographer's Hong Kong credit stamp is crossed out.
