8vo (198 x 121mm.), UNCORRECTED PROOF COPY, second state in green wrappers, original green and white printed wrappers, wrappers creased at corners and lightly rubbed and discoloured

This second state of the printed proofs is closer to the final published version than the earlier proof issued in purple and white wrappers in approximately 50 copies for a select readership. It is generally accepted that around 250 copies were issued of this final proof.
