Harry Potter and the Prisoner of Azkaban. New York: Arthur A. Levine Books, 1999, [Errington, Rowling AA4(c)], scratch to lower wrapper;

all 8vo, original printed wrappers, extremities very slightly rubbed

The American publisher, Arthur A. Levine, has noted that the advance reader’s editions (or proof copies) were "elegant" pieces of production. Distribution of the text in galley-format was more usual, but the publishers opted for "a big splash".
