brou de noix sur papier

64 x 50 cm ; 25 3/16 x 19 11/16 in.

Exécuté en 1954.

L'oeuvre est accompagnée par un certificat d'authenticité signé par l'artiste.

The paper is slightly wavy. The paper has slightly yellowed except along the edges, probably due to a former framing. Very faint foxing is visible in the lower left quadrant. Upon close inspection, four pinholes are visible along the upper edge. Very close inspection reveals tiny networks of very fine drying cracks in the thicker impastos, with minute associated losses. The work is in very good condition.
