8vo (155 x 95mm.), Orthographia bound first, text in italics, woodcut Aldine device at end of Orthographia, with blank leaf i8, old vellum, morocco lettering-piece (chipped), inscription erased from head of first leaf resulting in a few small holes


The first Aldine edition of all the surviving works of Statius, along with an orthography of Greek terms found in Statius.
