Manuscript in Latin on vellum. [Germany/Switzerland, 14th century (late; or early 15th)]
Single leaf, c.290×210mm; 9 lines of text and MUSIC IN HUFNAGEL NOTATION on five-line staves (c.220×145mm), the second from bottom in red; the chant is for Pentecost, with Second Vespers on the verso (‘In secundas vesperas super psalmos …’); original foliation ‘xxxix’ on verso.
