Single leaf, c.180×115mm; written in a fine gothic textura script in 2 columns of 32 lines (c.140×80mm), comprising part of Thursday to Saturday in the 4th week of Lent; DENSELY ILLUMINATED WITH FINE PENWORK INITIALS; the upper margins annotated ‘quadragesimé’ and ‘Hebdomada 4a’; Slight tape stains in the corners
