An Egyptian Bronze Figure of a Cat
26th/30th Dynasty, 664-342 B.C.
seated with the long tail curled around to the front, the ears erect, with grooved whiskers, indented nostrils, and diagonal markings on the brow, and wearing a finely incised Eye of Horus pectoral suspended from a braided collar.
Height without tenons 18.2 cm.
