inscribed NIKH-EIPHNH (along the base); also inscribed A·ST.GAUDENS·M·C·MV II·, stamped COPYRIGHT and inscribed again SAINT GAUDENS (beneath the neck)

bronze with dark brown patina

height: 8 inches (20.3 cm) on a 4 ⅝ inch (11.7 cm) marble base
