3-inch white enamel dial signed Charles Frodsham, 150 New Bond St. W.,1581, the foliate engraved gilt-mask inset with an enamel up/down dial, the two train chain fusee movement with Harrison's maintaining power, the gilt platform with ratchet tooth lever escapement, split bi-metallic balance with blued spring, foliate engraved balance cock, trip repeat striking on a coiled gong, signed and numbered to the backplate as the dial, the moulded case engraved with foliate scrolls, the rear door pierced and engraved
