A group of eight small Russian medallion icons, various makers, materials and dates 


1. silver-gilt, depicting the Mother of God between two saints, the oklad chased and engraved with a raised central halo, the robes of the Mother of God and the saints picked out in seed pearls, struck in Cyrillic with maker's mark 'I.G', Moscow, late 19th century, 84 standard

2. rectangular with rounded corners, of Christ Pantocrator, struck in Cyrillic with maker's mark 'B.V', Moscow, late 19th century, 84 standard

3. oval, pictorial enamel depicting Christ resurrected, struck to the reverse with maker's initials I.Z in Cyrillic, 84 standard

4 and 5. cloisonné enamel square copper icon depicting biblical scenes

6. rectangular, pictorial enamel depicting Saints Gregory, Basil and John, the reverse inscribed 'The image of three Saints' in Cyrillic

7. rectangular, depicting two saints beneath the Virgin Mary with child and two angels in the heavens, the gilt frame curved at the corners and applied in each corner with putti
