Born in Portoferraio, Italy where he currently lives and works, Sergio Marianelli has his own studio-exhibition space in via Guerrazzi 75. His works are found throughout Italy, in private collections in Germany, France, Switzerland, Austria, Spain, Belgium, Ireland, Great Britain, United States, Brazil and Austria.


Marianelli is a designer, professional technician and also poet, photographer, painter, cinematographer. He produces the colors for his paintings himself from a mix of powdered mineral and colored soil. His favorite subjects are trees, sea, men and women, and everything that deals with nature.
