In 2021, the use of new French oak still comes through on the nose, with cassis and heather scents. On the palate, its 'irony' elements and huge power and structure (75% Cabernet Sauvignon here) just melt, after decanting time, to soft, luscious velvet. Serena Sutcliffe, MW
