Towards the end of the 1960’s, the Sea-Dweller reference 1665 was introduced to the market by Rolex. Many variations of this reference were made and 4 different variations of reference 1655 in double red lines were recognized.
The present watch is in a fabulous overall condition with a consistent cream colour among all luminous plots that matches harmoniously with the hands. Furthermore the MK IV dial is correct to the case as its case number is engraved onto the inside of the case back such as the present watch.
