After being in Patek Philippe’s production for approximately 5 years, from 2003 to 2008 the reference 5136/1 is a relatively rare reference that does not appear in the auction market regularly. Only available in yellow and white gold, 5136 is the successor of the reference 3945 but with a larger and more modern case shape.

The movement is in working condition at the time of cataloguing. The calendar, moon phases and leap year indication is working properly. The bezel and band with signs of wear throughout. The case back with signs of wear particularly toward the edges. Otherwise the watch is in good overall condition with no signs of polishing and retains its original case shape. The bracelet is with minor surface wear throughout.
