The Omega Speedmaster ref. 145.022 was produced between 1968 and 1988 before Omega switched to the PIC reference system. The watch comprises the caliber 861, which is the evolution of the legendary cal. 321.
This example has remained with the same owner for over 35 years and is preserved in honest condition. It is further accompanied by its original presentation box and guarantee.
