This uncommon tonneau-shaped Patek Philippe was manufactured around 1919 and showcases the absolute craftsmanship which went on at the brand's ateliers. Its hinged case snaps-open to reveal an incredibly well preserved, high-raised enamel dial, bearing the old Patek Philippe & Cie signature. The hand-wound movement is a delight to look at with its vintage architecture and finishing. The watch is furthermore accompanied by a rare 18k gold Gay Frères mesh bracelet which will accommodate any wrist size thanks to its brilliant sizing system.
