The A. Lange & Söhne Datograph is an embodiment of the German brand's masterful craftmanship. Introduced in 1999 and ceased production in 2012, the Datograph is equipped with Lange's own calibre 951.1, rare at that time for a chronograph watch to have its own in-house movement, and even more so for a flyback function. As the chronograph commences, a push on the reset button returns the hand to zero, and releasing it resumes the run. This meticulous flyback function allows multiple timing cycles to be recorded without having to stop the chronograph.
