The Patek Philippe ref. 5712 was introduced in 2006 as a celebrative commemoration of the sportswatch's 30th anniversary. This complicated version of the legendary timepiece encases the micro-rotor caliber 240 (used in many other complicated timepieces) and displays a host of information on its asymmetrical dial, including a power reserve, a date and a moon-phase indication. The traditional black-blue ribbed dial is instantly recognizable. This model actually stood as the most complicated Nautilus on offer until the release of the perpetual calendar version ref. 5740.
The present Nautilius 5712 comes in its most desirable livery in today's market and is offered with its suite of original accessories.
